Child and Youth Therapy
We take a neuroaffirming approach to therapy, which means we deeply understand and embrace the unique needs and strengths of autistic children and youth. We believe that recognizing each child’s individual autistic profile is key to providing the most effective and supportive care.
In addition to supporting neurodiverse children, we also offer evidence-based interventions (e.g., Facing Your Fears) to address co-occurring conditions such as anxiety disorders (e.g., phobias, separation anxiety, OCD), low mood (e.g., depression), and difficulties with emotion regulation.
Parent Consultation and Coaching
Our parent coaching services are designed to support parents of autistic children by helping them understand their child’s unique profile. We offer guidance on how autism influences behavior, emotions, and social interactions, along with practical tools to manage big emotions, improve communication, and support sensory experiences in ways that align with your child’s needs and comfort.
Using a neuroaffirming approach, our coaching empowers parents to confidently support their child’s development, fostering a nurturing environment for their well-being.
